Custom Wooden Exhibition Booth Design and Production

When a custom wooden booth makes sense

Consider a wooden design when standard panels cannot accommodate product niches or a distinctive architectural layout. Reception, meetings, demonstrations and storage share one plan. Design freedom must be balanced with budget and production time.

Selecting materials and finishes

Surface appearance, product weight, reuse goals and venue conditions affect material choices. Define finishes, graphics, lighting and joints before production. Review safety and organiser material requirements early.

Preparing for production and assembly

Confirm dimensions, open sides and technical drawings before production. Plan delivery routes for large exhibits, electrical needs and assembly order. Venue handover and dismantling windows affect the schedule.

Price and reuse considerations

Price depends on wall geometry, finishing work, furniture, bespoke displays and lighting as well as floor area. Some components may be reusable if their design and storage are planned in advance.
