Exhibition Booth Rental: Modular, Maxima and Wooden Options

Which systems can be rented?

Modular profiles and panels suit organised product layouts. Maxima offers architectural profiles and large graphic surfaces. Wooden designs allow project-specific fabrication. Compare requirements and budget alongside appearance.

Defining the rental scope

Check components, flooring, graphics, lighting, furniture, transport, assembly and dismantling separately. Venue connections and organiser services may involve additional charges. Confirm the usage period, handover and return conditions in the quotation.

What affects rental prices?

Area, system type, open sides, wall and graphic coverage, displays, staffing and transport affect costs. Two booths of equal size may have different budgets. A current estimate requires the floor plan and service scope.

Information to prepare for a quotation

Send event dates, dimensions, the floor plan, open sides, product sizes, logos, meeting and storage requirements. State the approximate budget and preferred system so quotations can be compared against the same brief.

Rental versus purchase

Rental can suit single events or changing layouts. For repeated participation, compare purchase against total storage, maintenance, transport, new graphics and future assembly costs.
